1. About the Community

Radar Puls is an informational platform that displays traffic reports in Niš and the surrounding area. Data originates from a public Viber community where members voluntarily share information about traffic controls, speed cameras, surveillance cameras, and other road situations.

The community is open — anyone can join the public Viber group and contribute information.

2. Our Relationship with the Viber Group

Important: Radar Puls is NOT the owner, administrator, or moderator of the Viber group from which the data displayed on the platform originates.

  • We read publicly available information from the group
  • We do not control who is a member of the group
  • We do not control what is posted in the group
  • We do not moderate discussions in the group
  • We have no ability to remove members or content from the group

The link to the Viber group is publicly available and is provided solely as information for users who wish to join the community. Joining the group is subject to Viber's terms of service.

For questions regarding the administration of the Viber group, please contact the group administrators directly.

3. Expected Behavior on the Platform

We expect all Radar Puls platform users to:

Accuracy

  • Share only information you are confident is accurate
  • Provide the most precise location possible when reporting
  • If you are unsure about information, clearly indicate that

Respect

  • Treat other community members with respect
  • Different users have different experiences — respect differences
  • Constructive communication is always welcome

Legality

  • Use the service in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia
  • Do not use information to violate traffic regulations
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other individuals

Responsibility

  • Use information on the website responsibly and at your own risk
  • Do not rely solely on information from the platform
  • Always drive responsibly and in accordance with regulations

4. Prohibited Content on the Platform

The following content is prohibited on the Radar Puls platform:

False Reports

Intentionally publishing inaccurate information about traffic controls, speed cameras, or situations. False reports undermine the trust of the entire community and may have legal consequences.

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other basis.

Personal Data of Third Parties

Publishing personal data of other individuals without their consent, including:

  • Full names
  • Vehicle license plates
  • Photos of faces
  • Apartment/house locations
  • Phone numbers or other contact information

Threats and Harassing Content

Threats of physical violence, harassing content, intimidation, or any form of bullying.

Promotion of Illegal Activities

Content that encourages or assists in breaking the law, including evading police checkpoints for the purpose of committing offenses or criminal acts.

Spam and Advertisements

Unsolicited commercial content, advertisements, product or service promotions without authorization.

Malicious Content

Viruses, malware, phishing links, or any content that may damage user devices.

5. Consequences of Rule Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

Warning

For first or minor rule violations, the user will receive a warning.

Content Removal

Content that violates community guidelines will be removed from the platform without prior notice.

Access Restriction

For repeated or serious violations, access to the platform may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

Report to Authorities

In the case of content that constitutes a criminal offense or serious threat, we reserve the right to notify the competent authorities.

6. Reporting Rule Violations

If you notice content on the platform that violates these community guidelines, please report it to:

All reports will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
