Radar Puls is a personal project by an individual based in Niš, Republic of Serbia. Radar Puls is an informational platform for displaying traffic reports.

We share data exclusively with the following service providers:

• Vercel (hosting and analytics) — website visit data
• Mapbox (map display) — location data for map rendering

We do not sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be disclosed to competent authorities solely on the basis of a legal request (court order or request in accordance with the law).

Essential cookies are used without consent as they are necessary for the website to function. For analytical cookies, we request consent via the cookie banner.

We take standard technical and organizational measures to protect data:

• HTTPS encryption for all traffic
• Regular software and dependency updates
• Restricted data access

We do not store user passwords (there is currently no registration system). We do not store payment card information.

While we take reasonable protective measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

• Analytics data: up to 26 months (standard analytics retention period)
• Cookies: in accordance with durations specified in the Cookie Policy
• Technical logs: up to 90 days
• Newsletter data: until the user unsubscribes

After the retention period expires, data is automatically deleted or anonymized.

The Radar Puls service is not intended for persons under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 15, we will delete that data as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The date of the last modification is at the top of this page.

Users will be notified of significant changes through a notice on the website. We recommend periodically checking this page.
