By accessing and using the Radar Puls website (radarpuls.com) and all related services, you accept these terms of service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website.

These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Radar Puls.

Radar Puls is an informational platform that aggregates and displays traffic report data in Niš and the surrounding area. Data originates from a publicly accessible Viber community where members voluntarily share information about:

• Police checkpoints and speed cameras
• Traffic cameras
• Traffic accidents and congestion
• Other traffic situations

The service is free and available to all users without registration.

Radar Puls uses data from a publicly accessible Viber group as a source of information.

We explicitly state:

• Radar Puls is NOT the owner, administrator, or moderator of this Viber group
• We have no control over the content shared in the group
• We do not moderate or edit the group's content
• The presence of a link to the group does not constitute a partnership or sponsorship
• We do not guarantee the availability or continued operation of the group
• We are not responsible for any decisions made by the group's administrator

Users who access the Viber group via a link on our website do so at their own risk and are subject to Viber's terms of service.

If a user contributes content to the platform (in future versions of the service), the user is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of reported information
• The legality of reported content
• Respecting the rights of third parties
• Compliance with these terms of service

By publishing content on the platform, the user guarantees that they have the right to publish such content and that the content does not violate the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

The following content is prohibited on the Radar Puls platform:

• False reports — intentionally publishing inaccurate information about traffic controls or situations
• Offensive content — threats, insults, harassing content
• Hate speech — discrimination on any basis (race, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.)
• Personal data — publishing personal data of third parties without their consent (names, license plates, photos of faces)
• Promotion of illegal activities — content that encourages violation of laws
• Spam and advertisements — unsolicited commercial content
• Malicious content — viruses, malware, phishing links

All content on the Radar Puls website, including design, logo, graphics, code, text, and website structure, is the property of Radar Puls and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of Serbia.

User content (reports, comments) remains the property of the user who created it. By publishing content on the platform, the user grants Radar Puls a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

Copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content without prior written consent is prohibited.

The Radar Puls service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed information
• Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service
• Decisions made based on information from the website
• Data loss or service interruption
• Content generated by users or third parties
• Actions or omissions of the Viber group administrator

The maximum liability of Radar Puls in any case shall not exceed the amount the user paid for using the service (since the service is free, this amount is zero).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the website or application.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure
• Hosting provider decisions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, without prior notice and without liability to users.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to the service for any user, without prior notice and without justification, particularly in cases of:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Publishing prohibited content
• Abuse of the service
• At the request of competent authorities

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

For the resolution of all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Radar Puls service, the court in Niš, Republic of Serbia, shall have jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Users will be notified of significant changes through a notice on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
